Leapeo’s platform and app design

Leapeo (now Introdus) is an HR-tech B2B specializing in employee onboarding. Their SaaS helps organizations deliver a professional and engaging onboarding experience, reducing time, increasing performance, and improving employee engagement.

I joined the project to refine the product’s interfaces for a better user experience and to establish a guide that would help developers work more efficiently.

Focus

• It was difficult to follow inconsistent and confusing interface for users.
• Without a design system, developers struggle to maintain consistent components and user flows.
• Different companies, different branding... Need a good system for each style.

Process

Interface refinement & design system creation

Collaborated closely with the CTO for product and development insight and to identify pain points in the existing interface. My goal was to create a consistent and meaningful experience for every user, regardless of company-specific settings.

• Designed a style guide and reusable UI components to support consistency, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
• Introduced design principles and documentation to align with developers.
• For better customisation experince, I organized the white labeling process by creating a core system of different color codes and variables that could be applied directly to each company’s branding. This systematic approach allowed each business to apply their branding without manual customization or external support.

Outcome

Clean and intuitive UI and well-structured style guide

The redesigned interface improved overall usability and visual consistency, reducing the need for individual client customization. The new style guide helped the development team implement updates faster and maintain a coherent visual identity across the platform.
